As a result of the first questionnaire it was discovered that most of the students were apprehensive about the research journal and finding academic sources.  The teacher then decided to refocus on the research journal, outlining the significance of the journal and teaching them the skills necessary for completing this component of the assignment.  This proved beneficial, as many students were struggling to understand the importance of the research journal and how it would ultimately help with their assignment.  The teacher also developed the Research Journal Guide for students to refer to when completing their assignment. Due to time constraints and the nature of the unit, there was not much room for change or extra activities.
