Welcome to my blog
In this blog I will be exploring and evaluating methods for researching and information gathering. I will specifically be focusing on inquiry based learning and how students are using different methods and practices within the classroom for research searches and gathering information. Stay tuned for the next section of my blog as my Information Learning Area (ILA) will focusing on a Grade 11 Modern History class undertaking a research project on Soviet Russia. I will be observing this group of 20 students for 5 weeks as they research and write a research paper based on a hypothesis statement.
